If you are interested in exhibiting in the 2024 Exhibitor Showcase, the Tabletop Selection process will begin on October 18 at 10:00 am Central Time and will be completed on October 19, 2023 when you select your tabletop.
Tabletop Reservation Schedule
October 11 — The 2024 Tabletop Floor Plan will be available to view.
October 18 — Complete the 2024 Tabletop Request Form that will go live on MHEDA’s website at 10 am CT. IMPORTANT: Forms are timestamped and members should submit forms as close to 10:00 am CT as possible.
October 19 — The MHEDA staff will call you during your assigned call back time to select your Tabletop.
October 27 — The non-refundable deposit payment is due.
